Individual and Family Psychotherapy
The decision to enter into therapy can be a difficult one. It may be that you are unhappy, feel unfulfilled, feel anxious and/or depressed, or a new set of circumstances have popped up in your life unexpectedly. Whatever the reason, just thinking about therapy is a good first step, it means you want your situation to improve. And I can help.
I am a social worker with 20 years of experience offering help and support in a variety of areas. I have helped numerous people with issues such as ADD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Asperger's Syndrome, Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and PTSD. I work with children, adolescents, adults and families to help make their lives more fulfilling.
I work to create a warm, caring, non-threatening environment where an individual or family will feel safe enough to look at and understand the actions and thoughts that are interfering with their happiness. I work with my clients to reach new levels of understanding of their thoughts and behavior so that they may reach their goals.
In my years as a social worker I have seen many people whose lives have changed for the better through therapy.
I look forward to hearing from you.
