Q: How do I contact you?

Q: Where are you located?
A: I am in Northfield, at 550 Frontage Rd, just north of Willow Rd. My office building is called Willow Hill Executive Center.
Q: Do you take insurance?
A: As of right now, I am a Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Provider. As for other insurance companies, almost all PPO's will cover a percentage of my services (usually anywhere between 60 - 70 %). I can also do the billing for you.
Q: Do you prescribe medication?
A: I can not. However, I do work with a number of Psychiatrists and we can talk about which one would be the best fit for you.
Q: What do I call you?
A: Dan is just fine.
