I earned a BA in Psychology in 1988 from SUNY Fredonia, in Fredonia, NY (outside of Buffalo, NY, where I grew up). After moving to the Chicago area and working at a community center, I received my Master's in Social Work in 1995 from the Jane Addams School of Social Work at the University of Illinois at Chicago. I have maintained a full time private practice for the past ten years.
